We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Architect to join a market-leading organisation that’s using technology to make a real difference in people’s lives. With a major digital transformation underway, it’s an exciting time to come on board and help shape the future of our systems and services.

This is a key role where you’ll lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions — with a particular focus on the Customer Engagement (CE) module. You’ll work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to create smart, scalable systems that support both current operations and future growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 solutions, mainly CE
  • Translating business requirements into clear technical designs
  • Supporting development teams through implementation and rollout
  • Advising on best practice for integration, customisation, and data migration
  • Keeping up with the latest features and driving continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience delivering Dynamics 365 projects, ideally in an architect or lead role
  • In-depth knowledge of the CE module (Sales, Service, Marketing)
  • Familiarity with Power Platform and Azure
  • Confident working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Great communication skills — able to explain complex ideas in simple terms

Nice to have:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Solution Architect Expert)
  • Experience working in Agile environments
