As a lead you will lead not manage; you will mentor, coach and inspire your colleagues to be the best they can be. There is a lot of training and development given to all, and an important part of this role is to guide your team down their individual learning paths.

The skills we seek

We are looking for someone who is experienced managing software developers. Bring our learnings, battle scars and ideas to enrich our environment. You will need some technical know‑how, having been an engineer yourself. This is a large engineering team (1000+ colleagues) and your team will be 8‑15 strong. There are well established processes in place, with room for improvement of course.
