I'm currently working with a growing retail business in Birmingham that’s investing heavily in its technology platform as part of a wider move to Microsoft Azure. They’re looking for an Azure Infrastructure Engineer to help support and develop their cloud and infrastructure environment as the transformation progresses.
Key areas of experience include:
- Microsoft Azure administration and engineering
- VNets, resource groups, subscriptions, ASR and Azure governance
- Authentication and identity management
- Networking principles including SD-WAN
- Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- SQL administration and performance tuning
- Deploying and supporting applications on server-based infrastructure
Strong troubleshooting ability, good documentation skills and the ability to work closely with both technical and business teams are important.
