Platform Tech Lead

Strategic technical leadership of multiple cross‑functional software development teams. Acting as recognised technical authority for Cloud Platform across the group internationally.

Building a world class development platform.

• Introduce and embed software development best practices and techniques
• Inject urgency and direction across the Platform teams
• Collaborate closely with engineering management to upskill, develop and nurture the engineers
• Provides mentorship to principal engineers within the Platform teams
• Promote the latest techniques and technologies in software development

• AWS
• .net stack
• TDD and rigorous testing processes
