We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our client's dynamic team. The client is a world leading facilities company and this role will be based at their client site in Coventry.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining accurate HR data. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong organisational aptitude and a passion for human resources to contribute to organisational success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update HR information systems including HRIS, Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms.
- Assist with recruitment processes by maintaining applicant tracking systems and supporting data entry tasks.
- Provide administrative support for onboarding, employee record management, and offboarding procedures.
- Support social media management initiatives related to employer branding and internal communications.
- Facilitate communication between HR and other departments to ensure seamless information flow.
- Prepare reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed for HR-related services.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
Qualifications
- Have or be working towards a qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR advisory role.
- Good knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
