Our client is a Facilities management company, who work with large corporate clients. One of their clients has at their core an ethos of making work fun, educational and giving back to the community.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events and Brand Activation Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed. This role requires a blend of creativity, organisational skills, and exceptional communication abilities to deliver memorable experiences for their teams.

About the Role

As part of the team, you will be creating positive and memorable interactions for colleagues and will be the face of UK colleague experience events. You will be responsible for delivering the unexpected; making each encounter fun, exciting and personal. You will be an ambassador for brand principles, culture and values, someone who embraces outstanding service and keeps it at the heart of everything they do.

Responsibilities

  • As part of the role, you will support the UK Events Lead to ensure consistency across the wider region;
  • Tracking all activations and key observations, ensuring client milestones are met,
  • Collating internal reporting, tracking health & safety compliance and supporting regional projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
  • Manage budgets and ensure all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
  • Upsell additional services or products to enhance the event experience for clients.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place before the event begins.
  • Provide exceptional guest services during events to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.

Required Skills

  • Degree in events management or three years related experience in event management or Brand Activation.
  • Previous responsibility for event health and safety and compliance.
  • Robust budget management and spend control experience.
  • Always willing to go the extra mile, with a positive \’can do\’ attitude.
  • Well organised and creative individual with a keen eye for detail.
  • Adapting to changing environments and paces, people and cultures.
  • Data-literacy and a clear ability to drive insight-based reporting.
  • Computer literate – confident in Microsoft applications, previous experience in Property Management tools.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and vendors.
