Contract Compliance Coordinator

County Durham

Salary: £30,000

Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm

A leading Facilities Management company is seeking a Contract Compliance Coordinator to support the delivery of Hard FM compliance and operational activities. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Hard FM Manager and engineering teams with compliance and operational coordination
  • Scheduling and managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with KPIs
  • Maintaining accurate statutory and contractual compliance records
  • Coordinating contractor visits, including permits, RAMS, and H&S documentation
  • Producing compliance reports, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Updating CAFM systems and ensuring asset/remedial data is accurate and auditable
  • Tracking statutory remedial actions through to completion

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in Facilities Management or workplace operations (preferred but not essential)
