A leading Facilities Management company is seeking a Contract Compliance Coordinator to support the delivery of Hard FM compliance and operational activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work directly contributes to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Hard FM Manager and engineering teams with compliance and operational coordination
- Scheduling and managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with KPIs
- Maintaining accurate statutory and contractual compliance records
- Coordinating contractor visits, including permits, RAMS, and H&S documentation
- Producing compliance reports, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Updating CAFM systems and ensuring asset/remedial data is accurate and auditable
- Tracking statutory remedial actions through to completion
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in Facilities Management or workplace operations (preferred but not essential)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
