We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our client's dynamic team. The client is a world leading facilities company and this role will be based at their client site in Coventry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining accurate HR data. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong organisational aptitude and a passion for human resources to contribute to organisational success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update HR information systems including HRIS, Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms.
  • Assist with recruitment processes by maintaining applicant tracking systems and supporting data entry tasks.
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding, employee record management, and offboarding procedures.
  • Support social media management initiatives related to employer branding and internal communications.
  • Facilitate communication between HR and other departments to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Prepare reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed for HR-related services.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.

Qualifications

  • Have or be working towards a qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR advisory role.
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
