A local Primary and Junior School based in Coventry is seeking a Part Time Finance & Admin Assistant to join their team. Working closely with the School Business Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration and financial operations of the school. This is a varied and enjoyable position where no two days are the same.

About the Role

  • Meeting and greeting parents, visitors and other stakeholders
  • Processing financial transactions and maintaining records
  • Assisting with year-end financial procedures and data input
  • Providing general administrative support across the school

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience (school experience desirable)
  • Knowledge of financial processes and cash handling
  • Good ICT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with MIS systems such as BromCom
  • A professional, approachable and team-focused attitude

This role is for 40 weeks per year, offering an excellent work-life balance around school term times.

Pay range and compensation package

£15,628 - £17,764 for 25 hours a week for 40 weeks.
