Our prestigious client specialise in providing and claims management and loss adjusting solutions direct to consumers, businesses and insurers.

They provide support to all parties involved, ensuring fair and efficient resolution.

Working days and hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm or 8am – 4:30pm.

A driver’s license is not essential as long as candidates can commute to the office. There is a train station in Lichfield, and there are bus routes connecting Lichfield to Burntwood., As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for validating property/vehicle claims, communicating with various parties involved, and utilising your expertise in insurance claims to ensure a fair resolution for all. Working on a new account with high volume claims, the ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic
