About the Role

As Catering Manager, you will provide direction, guidance, and support to your team, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of all catering services. You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners while maintaining exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a strategic Business Plan to meet and exceed contract objectives
  • Lead, motivate, and manage teams to ensure operational excellence
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies
  • Manage financial performance and maximise contract profitability
  • Monitor performance, produce reports, and identify growth opportunities
