Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering high-quality catering services? We’re looking for a Catering Manager to oversee operations, lead teams, and drive performance across our contract.
About the Role
As Catering Manager, you will provide direction, guidance, and support to your team, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of all catering services. You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners while maintaining exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a strategic Business Plan to meet and exceed contract objectives
- Lead, motivate, and manage teams to ensure operational excellence
- Oversee recruitment, training, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies
- Manage financial performance and maximise contract profitability
- Monitor performance, produce reports, and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain and enhance service quality, including conducting food safety audits
