We are recruiting on behalf of a growing UK e-commerce business operating within the gardening and horticultural sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a Teesside University student looking to gain valuable marketing experience alongside their studies. Working directly with the business owner, the successful candidate will support a range of digital marketing, social media and business development activities, helping to promote products to customers across the UK.

Essential- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Confidence using social media platforms
- Enthusiastic, proactive and willing to learn
- Studying Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Media, Communications or a related subject
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Experience using Canva or similar design software
- Experience with email marketing or mailshots
- Experience updating websites or online stores

This role is primarily home based and can be completed remotely. The successful candidate will work directly with the business owner and will have the flexibility to fit working hours around their studies. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real commercial marketing experience with a growing online business.
