Unitemps are recruiting for a Teaching and Learning Administrator. This role has an August 10th start date and a projected end date of December 18th 2026. This is a full-time role at 36.5 hours per week. Payment is set at £20.57 per hour + £3.85 holiday pay. This role is UCL Hybrid working with 2 days per week from the office and the other days from home/remote.
This role has been established to provide temporary cover and maintain operational resilience ahead of the transition to the new EASE structure in January. Reporting to the Head of Operations and working closely with academic colleagues, the postholder will support continuity of education administration during a period of organisational change. The role will deliver specialist administrative support across teaching programmes and student education activities, ensuring effective processes are maintained and a high-quality service is provided to students and staff. This time-limited appointment will help ensure day-to-day operations continue effectively while the team prepares for the implementation of the new EASE structure.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including Mathematics and English Language) or equivalent, or having acquired relevant experience
- Experience performing administrative work in a busy office environment
- Experience in administration in higher/further education or a teaching and learning environment
- Experience in Course/Programme administration
- Computer literate, including Word, Excel, Outlook, email and internet
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of people, including the ability to relate to staff and students in a teaching and learning context
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
