We are looking for a Facilities Asset Co-ordinator to support the management of assets and planned maintenance activities across our facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience using MRI Evolution CAFM and strong Excel skills who enjoys working with data, planning maintenance schedules, and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Experience using MRI Evolution CAFM
- Either Concept or Maximo
- Strong knowledge of the MRI Evolution Excel Plug-In, including asset loading and PPM setup
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis
