We are looking for Telemarketers to provide support to a leading market research organization based in the West Midlands. We are looking for someone to start ASAP and previous experience is essential.
For the first 2 weeks this is an office based role with hybrid working offered after this (Office work 3 days/Remote 2 days).
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity would suit someone who can self-manage their workload and possesses a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
You will have previous experience of working in a call centre or B2B environment. You will be able to commute to the office (based near Birmingham City Centre) for a minimum of 3 days per week. You must be able to manage your own time and be reliable in the role.
