We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to support production operations for one of our clients in Telford. The role involves assisting team leaders, ensuring materials are correctly prepared, organised, and available for the welding process, and maintaining stock accuracy.
- Assist team leaders with daily operational tasks
- Stack and organise parts produced from the laser machine
- Ensure all products are fully kitted with required laser-cut parts and stocked components before progressing to welding
- Manage and maintain stocked Customer-Owned Material locations for pre-welding
- Monitor the hold area for missing items, compile lists, and coordinate with relevant teams for re-cutting and re-kitting
- Offload and store steel sections and sheet materials into appropriate stock racks
- Assist with loading and unloading galvanised (galv.) materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
