Program Manager

• Own the how. Develop scopes, timelines, budgets and delivery systems for programs ranging from complex to “simple.” Don’t assume one size fits all
• Coordinate internal and external meetings throughout the lifecycle of the program, and maintain close coordination with key stakeholders, including Business Leadership and Production
• Deliver strategic and creative deliverables directly to day to day clients. Own contact reports, internally and back to the client
• Manage talent allocations week over week. Work with the Group Engagement Director and Business Leadership to ensure programs are planned to achieve successful completion, including coming in on time and on budget
• Coordinate internal teams, ensure high quality delivery, and manage back to overarching strategy of the engagement
• Develop a strong understanding of client’s business and industry, key competitors, and audience demographics
• Help maintain integrated ways of working by reinforcing team processes and managing documentation and communications
