We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Contracts Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale planned works and refurbishment projects within the property services sector.

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working for a refurbishment main contractor.
  • Significant experience managing multiple contracts, sites, and operational teams simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and drive high-performing teams.
  • Excellent commercial awareness, including procurement, subcontractor management, and supply chain engagement.
  • Strong analytical and data interrogation skills, with the ability to use performance data to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and project tracking/reporting systems.
  • Outstanding client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • A thorough understanding of Health & Safety legislation and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining safe working environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver results through others.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as required.

Desirable

  • Previous experience within social housing, planned maintenance, or property services.
  • Experience delivering refurbishment programmes on behalf of local authorities or housing associations.
  • Relevant construction qualifications and/or professional memberships.
