We have an exciting opportunity within our Infrastructure division, working with some of the country’s largest network operators and private sector clients. Our team delivers the engineering, construction, and maintenance of these critical energy infrastructure systems.

In this role, you will be pivotal in winning project tenders that fuel businesses, keep homes warm, and support sustainable energy generation. United Infrastructure is committed to enhancing the UK’s water systems through clean and dirty water infrastructure upgrades. As a Senior Bid Manager, you will lead complex submissions that directly impact the quality of clean water for homes and businesses, reduce flooding during heavy rainfall, and protect our natural environment.

  • Have experience in bid management within construction, engineering, or major infrastructure projects
  • Possess exceptional writing skills and the ability to craft compelling, client-focused submissions
  • Have a proven track record of managing end-to-end bid processes, ideally on high-value or technically complex projects
  • Are passionate about shaping the future of energy and water systems through innovative infrastructure solutions

As a member of the work-winning function, you will manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, winning submissions. Leading and facilitating bid strategy sessions, kick-off meetings, workshops, and senior review panels. Managing multiple in-framework bids simultaneously, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality. Engaging with live projects to gather insight and evidence for persuasive case studies and success stories.
