Are you passionate about driving effective change in complex IT environments? Do you want to play a key role in ensuring service stability and delivering exceptional customer experiences? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Change Analyst to join the Optum UK team. You will be part of a collaborative group that manages and coordinates change across our estate, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption to services. This role will see you working closely with technical and business teams, assessing risks, planning changes, and supporting governance processes to maintain operational excellence.

What you will do:

  • Coordinating the smooth implementation of changes across the Optum estate
  • Logging and validating change requests with complete and accurate information
  • Conducting impact and risk assessments to prioritize service stability
  • Managing multiple concurrent changes across environments
  • Ensuring adherence to change management frameworks and governance standards
  • Communicating proactively with customers about upcoming changes
  • Managing formal Requests for Change with customers, suppliers, and third parties
  • Facilitating weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing reports and metrics on change performance and compliance
  • Supporting post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Designing and running complex reports using service management tools to support decision-making

Required Qualifications:

  • A solid understanding of ITIL principles
  • Proven experience applying structured change processes in complex IT environments
  • Proven solid risk and impact analysis skills
  • Proven excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
  • Proven high attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and resource constraints
  • Demonstrated familiarity with ISO standards and customer contract SLAs
  • Demonstrated proficiency in reporting and analysis using service management tools
