UnitedHealth Group is seeking an On-site EAP Consultant to deliver professional on-site services to a dedicated customer within our overall book of business. You will assess and refer to programs, conduct manager consultations, and provide crisis intervention and training as part of a comprehensive workplace wellbeing program.

The role includes on-site presence one day a week (Wednesdays, 09:30–18:00) with responsibility for documenting cases and ensuring HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
