United Welsh is seeking a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach to join their Bespoke Repatriation Service in Gwent. In this full-time role, you will support individuals transitioning from secure or residential settings into the community.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with Care and Treatment Plan reviews
  • Promoting emotional regulation
  • Building therapeutic relationships

The position requires flexibility in shifts and the ability to travel across Gwent.
