Ongwanada Developmental Services is currently seeking new members for the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is charged with looking to the future while ensuring that risk is well managed within the organization.
Board Member Commitment:
- Attends 9 board meetings per year
- Serve on either the finance or governance committees (meetings vary)
- Three-year term, with a possibility of 2 renewals (maximum of 9 years total)
- Attend board orientation
- Time commitment can vary between 5-8 hours per month
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in the following areas is considered an asset:
- Legal
- Labour Relations
- Government Relations
