Overview
In this role you will lead asset registration and de-registration activities for a portfolio of capital projects, ensuring data integrity and compliance with the Asset Data Hierarchy.
You’ll provide technical leadership, mentor a small ARDR team and collaborate with engineering, operations and contractors to embed ARDR governance across project delivery.
The position sits within Capital Engineering & Construction and supports regulatory readiness and operational readiness of assets.

Responsibilities
- Lead Asset Registration and De-Registration for a portfolio of capital projects
- Ensure assets are registered, validated and updated per governance and ADH standards
- Provide day-to-day technical leadership and mentoring to ARDR Specialists
- Support workload planning to deliver projects efficiently and accurately
- Manage asset data in ARDR and SAP systems with high accuracy
- Conduct site visits and data collection across treatment works, pumping stations and network assets
- Coordinate de-registration of obsolete assets and update records
- Represent UU in project meetings with contractors and stakeholders
- Audit and quality assurance to verify asset data standards compliance
- Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of ARDR processes and governance
- Key requirements
- Significant experience in asset registration, data governance or asset information management
- Experience in capital delivery, infrastructure, utilities or asset management
- Strong knowledge of ADH principles and governance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills and data interpretation
