- Master Data Management - Utilise common data sources to support key business processes and maintain data consistency across the programme and adherence to defined data rules, classifications, and regulatory reporting standards and guidance.
- Data Processes & Reports - Responsible for ensuring the processes, data integrity, and timely provision of key regulatory and operational reports, including the Defra Storm Overflow Action Plan, CWQM EA Report, EA Driver Priority Matrix, EA SOAF Table, U_MON6 Report, and Risk & Asset Manager Summaries, to relevant stakeholders and governance forums.
- Data Storage - Responsible for managing and maintaining a central library (SharePoint site) for storing and controlling all SOAF investigation outputs, including technical reports and other artefacts generated from the Central Information Overflow Database, ensuring accessibility, version control, and governance compliance.
- Continuous Improvement - Support mechanisms such as innovation pipelines, pilot governance, feedback loops, and performance metrics to drive continuous learning and improvement.
