Job Purpose

To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operational Property team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of property-related services across the Company’s urban and operational property holdings. The role also includes responsibility for managing the Property General Enquiries mailbox and overseeing the UU deed room.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operational Property team and assist other Property teams as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases relating to property assets, deeds, and ownership information.
  • Manage and respond to enquiries via the Property General Enquiries mailbox, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Triage incoming requests, create and log jobs, and allocate enquiries to the appropriate Surveyor for resolution.
  • Support document handling tasks including filing, photocopying, and interpreting land ownership data using ArcGIS and Land Registry tools.
  • Contribute to the management of specialist mailboxes (Telecom Site Requests, Renewable Energy, and Plant Machinery) on an ad hoc basis.

About You

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience in managing shared mailboxes and triaging enquiries.
  • Familiarity with property databases and document management systems.
  • Ability to interpret land ownership data and use mapping tools (e.g., ArcGIS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, Horizon preferable but not essential.
