Responsibilities:

  • Operating and optimising water treatment sites to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
  • Maintaining required skills and competence under the WATER LTO Scheme.
  • Completing planned cyclic tasks on time and accurately recording reactive tasks.
  • Conducting weekly reviews and providing input and support where needed.
  • Delivering reliable, accurate, and complete asset performance data.
  • Analysing recurring process issues and recommending effective solutions.
  • Working towards an accredited qualification relevant to your role, alongside health & safety, technical, and behavioural training courses.
  • This role will cover a range of locations in the surrounding area.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong numeracy skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage reporting and data across multiple platforms.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (A–C) or equivalent, including Maths, English, and a Science or Technology subject.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with resilience, self-motivation, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent diagnostic, planning, and organisational abilities.
  • Clear communication skills for sharing information and data effectively.
  • Knowledge of safe systems of work, company policies, statutory regulations, and operational/maintenance procedures.
