This is not a generalist role. It’s for someone who thrives in the HR project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver the HR workstreams of business change projects from initiation to closure.
  • Manage TUPE transfers, restructures, changes to working practices, and new ways of working.
  • Collaborate with specialist HR teams (Reward, L&D, HRBPs) to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Run consultation activities and build strong relationships with trade unions and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on complex HR matters.

We’re after someone who’s done this before and done it well.

  • ✅ In-depth experience managing HR projects (TUPE, restructures, reward, T&Cs).
  • ✅ Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
  • ✅ Experience working in unionised environments.
  • ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Where You’ll Work

This role is based at our Warrington head office (Lingley Mere), with hybrid working options. In person collaboration is key, and occasional travel to other North West sites may be required depending on project needs.
