What you\\\’ll do

  • Lead the Analytics Strategy: Align analytics initiatives with our business goals, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and champion the best tools and techniques to deliver actionable insights.
  • Create Cutting-Edge Dashboards & Reports: Design and automate compelling visualisations using Power BI and other tools, creating a centralised, self-serve reporting environment.
  • Drive Performance Metrics: Develop and standardize KPIs across teams to streamline performance tracking and improve operational efficiency.
  • Translate Data Into Action: Convert complex financial and operational data into strategic insights that guide senior leadership and Finance Business Partners.
  • Spot Trends & Opportunities: Use your analytical expertise to identify risks and growth areas, supporting forward-thinking financial planning and forecasting.
  • Build a Data-Driven Culture: Lead initiatives to boost data literacy and empower teams to confidently use reporting tools, reducing reliance on manual reporting.
  • Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: Mentor finance professionals to reach their full potential while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented team environment.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, driving best practices in financial reporting, business planning and analysis.

Who You Are

  • A proven leader with experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, and data-driven insights.
  • Expert in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, and comfortable with SQL, Excel, Alteryx, Python or similar.
  • Experienced with ERP systems (SAP) and financial planning software such as BPC.
  • An outstanding communicator and influencer who thrives when working with senior stakeholders, including Executive Board members.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about fostering team growth and creating a culture of excellence.
  • Educated in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field or bring equivalent experience to the table.
  • Dedicated to driving cost efficiencies and operational improvements through intelligent KPI and data management.
