Job Purpose
The Data Maintenance Assistant supports department workflows by logging work, checking quality, and tracking work status.
Responsibilities
- Check incoming work against standards, report failures, and monitor quality.
- Register updates, maintain progress, and collate work data.
- Understand and utilize systems like SAP, Projectwise, SharePoint, and Business Collaborator.
- Generate reports, support training, assist with system testing, and participate in audits and process improvements.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of water/wastewater networks and GIS.
- Experience with UUGIS and interpreting drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, SharePoint, and related tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and team skills.
