Job Purpose
As Customer Advisor Specialist (Data Integrity) you will be working in a small team you will be responsible for the ownership and data cleanse of all customer master billing data.
You will also be responsible for the day to day data management and cleanse of all inaccurate information. The purpose of the role is also to ensure that all daily bill and letter cycles are audited and errors corrected, ensuring the accuracy and validity of all customer bills.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Working with Phixflow to build and implement business models to facilitate to reporting and correction of customer master data
- Analyse reports and drive out root cause for billing issues, ensuring process improvements are identified and communicated to internal and external departments
- Proactively carry out end to end process reviews and develop enduring process capability where it touches customer master data
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of the data management
- Accountable for the audit of former accounts, ensuring that debt and credit balances are managed effectively
- Responsible for the audit and maintenance of the customer address based data owned jointly by Domestic Retail and Wholesale
Technical Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of working in a Billing and Collections environment.
- Ability to interrogate billing system customer accounts and understand billing related issues
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of the regulatory framework
- Advanced excel skills
- Oral and written communication skills
