As a Regional Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of high-value, complex programmes that are critical to our mission: providing clean, safe water and protecting the environment for generations to come.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsibility for a capital investment programme of £100m to £200m across 50 to 100 projects.
  • Develop and promote a safety-first culture within your team and with leadership, stakeholders, and the supply chain.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing programme team of 20 to 40 delivery professionals.
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver the programme to time, cost, and quality (TCQ) targets.
  • Define and drive the programme vision and goals.
  • Align delivery with organisational strategy and stakeholder priorities.
  • Establish robust governance and reporting frameworks.
  • Lead risk, issue, and dependency management.
  • Engage senior stakeholders with clear, confident communication.
  • Ensure seamless transition of deliverables into business operations.
  • Champion continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews.

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a confident, experienced leader who can bring clarity, structure, and energy to complex programmes. You’ll ideally have:

  • Professional qualification and membership of the Association for Project Management (APM).
  • A strong track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction infrastructure projects.
  • A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
