The role of the Finance Business Partner is to act as a strategic partner to the business, providing meaningful insights, drive financial performance and challenge to inform decision making and achieve financial objectives. Ensuring that cost efficiency and a cost-conscious culture is a key focus for the business unit’s leadership team.

  • Partner with business leadership team to instil a performance management culture including driving the performance debate in Review meetings and ensuring that risks, issues and opportunities are identified early, and interventions/action plans are agreed.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop financial plans and budgets.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post qualification experience
