UTA is seeking an Intern to support across the Production Arts department in our London office. Reporting to a Production Arts agent, the role will be to support the Production Arts department of UTA London. The production arts department represents Production Designers, Directors of Photography, Costume Designers, Producers, Editors and Hair and Make-Up Designers in Film, Television, Commercials and Music Videos.
What You’ll Do:
- Updating client website pages
- Updating executive and contact grids
- Updating tracking systems for projects, clients, etc.
- Support with Instagram/Arrange Social Media posts with client announcements
- Helping with Invoices
- Desk cover – cover Assistant / Co-ordinator time off
- Assisting with contracts/deal memos
- Showreel and reel making
- Assistant support – provide assistants with any additional support needs
- Ad hoc duties as and when they arise
What You’ll Need:
- General understanding of and interest in the production industry and the nature of a talent agency
- Interest in entertainment, film & TV
- A positive can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Discretion at all times, particularly when dealing with sensitive client matters
- Ability to prioritize a busy workload
- Ability to develop business relationships
- Previous experience in a related field is desirable
- IT proficiency: experience with Canva, Notion, Word and Excel will be advantageous
