Fixed-term (6 months, with potential extension) The United Synagogue is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to support the delivery of key organisational change and cost-saving projects across our communities.
This is a hands-on ER role, balancing strategy with hands on operational responsibilities.
Reporting in to the Head of Employee Relations, you will be focused on restructuring, redundancy, contractual change, and wider workforce planning.
You will partner closely with stakeholders to shape business cases, manage consultation processes, and ensure all change activity is legally compliant, fair and effectively implemented.
