We are seeking a motivated Patient Care Technician, Full Time to join our team.
Job Duties:
- Assists with direct patient care, patient flow through departments, answers phones, troubleshoots for nurses, chart building, and performs specialized medical procedures of a routine nature as needed.
- Authorized to access storage areas for the purpose of performing patient care duties within the scope of practice.
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), preferred.
- One year of experience is preferred.
- AHA BLS certification, required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully.
- Possess the ability to follow established cleaning methods in performing daily tasks.
- Knowledge of patient evaluation procedures.
- Must be able to keep all equipment in good working condition and ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
