You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT (OA) in the Test Engineering Division (246), Chief Engineer (240), Engineering and Planning Department 200 of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing timekeeper duties for various employees in SUPDESK or similar systems. Experience completing and routing travel request, making travel arrangements, and processing travel claims using the Defense Travel System (DTS) or similar systems. Experience preparing and reviewing official and unofficial correspondence. Experience performing administrative duties while utilizing modern office equipment and software.
