As we scale and evolve, we’re looking for an exceptional Senior People Partner to help us build the organisation we need for what comes next.

This is intentionally a broad role with genuine ownership and exposure to some of the company's most important organisational decisions.

This role will be based in our Hove office 2 days a week.

We're in the business of rewards and incentives, so we know a thing or two about the importance of giving back. We can't grow as a business without growing as individuals, so we are committed to providing a workplace where passionate, driven individuals can thrive. We value collaboration, trust, positivity, and a willingness to learn - only by working as a team will we reach our goals.

Tillo is entering an exciting new chapter. We’re an ambitious, international FinTech operating across the UK, Europe, US and South Africa. As we scale and evolve through acquisition, we’re looking for an exceptional Senior People Partner to help us build the organisation we need for what comes next.

Reporting to and working closely with our Chief People Officer, this is a broad, influential role combining senior People partnering with Employee Relations, organisational change and leadership of People Operations. We need someone comfortable moving between strategy and delivery.

You might be challenging a leader on organisational design, navigating a complex ER situation, supporting acquisition integration or working out how we make our People operations simpler and more scalable. This isn't about executing an existing People playbook. We want someone excited to help write the next one.

Day to day this role will:

  • Partner, coach
  • Connect People decisions to business outcomes and aren't afraid to make a recommendation.
  • Manage and develop others.
  • Be confident with People technology; HiBob and Ravio experience would be a bonus.

Above all, you’ll be practical, progressive and comfortable with pace, change and ambiguity. You’ll know when something needs careful thought and when we simply need to make a sensible decision and move. You’ll enjoy building and improving things, challenging convention and helping leaders raise the bar, while never losing sight of the employee experience.

This is intentionally a broad role with genuine ownership and exposure to some of the company's most important organisational decisions. You'll work closely with our CPO and senior leadership team, with the opportunity for your remit and team to grow as the company does. For someone who ultimately wants to become a Head of People or CPO, you'll get the breadth, complexity and commercial exposure to make this a brilliant next step.

We’re ambitious, fast-moving and commercially minded. We care about building a great place to work, but we don't believe that means avoiding difficult conversations or lowering the bar. We want to build an organisation where high performance and a great employee experience reinforce one another. Our values guide how we work, but we're also pragmatic. As the company grows, we'll keep questioning what we do, improving what doesn't work and building the People practices we need for the company we're becoming — not simply the company we've been.

We offer all our employees trust and empower our team to work with flexibility and autonomy. We’re a close-knit team and love working collaboratively, with our hybrid model, our team can come together at our fantastic office in Hove, but also focus in their own space. The company team are a motivated bunch and we all work hard to push the company forwards, always innovating. We completely understand the importance of work/life balance and offer a supportive and collaborative working environment with the following benefits:

  • Enhanced annual leave of 26 days per annum (plus an additional day for your birthday)
  • Private Medical care through Bupa
  • Employee Incentive Scheme
  • Access to the company’s Storefront with discounts
