To help us do that,we'rehiringa Senior Strategy Manager to join our team.

In this highly visible role,you'llhave the opportunity towork with theDirector of Strategy andCorporate Development, Chief Strategy Officer andother senior leaders from across the businessto tacklesome of Rightmove's most important strategicquestions.Youwilllead and deliver high-impact strategic initiatives, help drive new growthandshapeRightmove’scompany-wide strategy.

Whatyou’llbe doing

This role offers a unique opportunityto influenceseniorbusiness decisions and contribute directlyto our strategic direction:

  • Strategicinitiatives:Lead the end-to-end delivery ofthe most importantstrategic projectsacrossinitialproblemframingand hypothesis,commercial modellingandfinancial impact,final presentationmaterialsand executive recommendations.
  • Strategy planning:Lead thedevelopmentof Rightmove’slong term strategic planand development of key documents (incl.3-YearBoard Strategypapers,C-Suite StrategyReview materialsand Annual Business Plan)in partnership withtheDirector of Strategy and Corporate Developmentand Chief Strategy Officer.
  • Strategicbusiness partner:Synthesisemarket developments, emerging sector trends, and competitive dynamics todrive strategicand commercialdecisions.

Whatyou'llhave

  • 4-6 years of experience inStrategyConsulting,in-houseCorporateStrategy(within digital marketplaces, software,techor media)orasimilar fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to deliver insightful recommendations and undertake sound strategic analysis using hypothesis-based problem solving
  • Excellent analytical capabilitywith the abilitytoundertake qualitative andquantitative analysis (including data analysis and financial modelling)
  • Strong communicator with executive presence and interpersonal skills to credibly engage with a variety ofsenior stakeholders
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues
  • Comfortable in a lean, high-impact team:equally comfortable presenting to senior leaders and executing core analyticaland presentationdeliverables.
