Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack, Google Ads

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, C++, Android, iOS codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience in Machine Learning.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in Big Data.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the app ecosystem: how apps are developed, how app developers make money, and what the future holds with thousands of new vibe-coded apps being launched every day.
• Investigate innovative technical solutions to these challenges, especially bringing the company's AI out of the lab and into real apps with billions in annual business at stake.
• This work can involve anything from big data pipelines to meticulous pixel-level analysis of apps, and comprehensive thinking from back-end to front-end to make everything work smoothly together.
• Design, build, roll out, and monitor systems that implement these solutions.
• Work with a great engineering team alongside partners from UX, Product, Sales and more, to keep the company AdMob as a trusted partner for many existing and future apps.
