About the Role the company is on a mission to transform the shopping experience for millions of consumers.
As a senior individual contributor in mobile, you'll help design and build the products we put in the hands of our end users.
Working hand-in-hand with our engineering team and product leaders, you'll be crafting high-performance, user-friendly experiences, which operate at scale.
Your role will extend beyond writing code - you'll define architecture, lead technical discovery, and help us build the foundations that underpin our consumer offering.
- What you'll be doing
- Architecting and building the mobile experiences that are used directly by millions of consumers around the world.
- Owning feature development end-to-end, from discovery through to development, and monitoring through to maintenance.
- Working closely with backend teams to ensure the underlying systems we build are aligned to support our mobile product evolution.
- Championing best practices across the technical domain (testing, monitoring, release strategy, etc) to strengthen our foundations as we build our products.
- Mentoring peers, reviewing code, and contributing to the long-term technical vision for mobile development at the company.
- Should have
- Solid background in mobile technologies (e. g. working with at least one of: native i OS, native Android, React Native)
- Proven track record building scalable and highly performant consumer experiences across the mobile domain
- Experience building and maintaining mobile apps or SDKs used by a large, active, user base.
- Passionate about developer experience - clear APIs, great docs, and reliability at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with product, design, and backend peers.
- Nice to have
- Previous experience in payments, fintech, or other security-sensitive domains.
- Exposure to PCI compliance, tokenization, or secure data handling.
