We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to join a collaborative Agile delivery team, contributing to the full software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing clean, efficient code, integrating internal and third‑party systems, supporting deployments, and ensuring high‑quality software delivery through robust testing and CI/CD practices.

Hybrid Working

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home. You will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Agile software development (minimum 3 years)
  • Programming & Frameworks: Python, Angular 6, Java, JavaScript, JSON
  • DevOps & CI/CD tools (e.g., Bamboo)
  • Experience with build and deployment automation
  • Architecture & Integrations: Microservices, APIs, RESTful API integration, Event‑driven architecture
  • Cloud & Deployment: AWS and/or Azure, Various deployment methods: EC2, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, JVM, Docker
  • Databases: SQL development, SSIS, Cloud databases (e.g., AWS RDS)
  • Containerization: Docker, Fargate, Kubernetes
  • Version Control: Git, TFS
