United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Reward Analyst to act as the analytical engine of the Rewards function. You will own the integrity of reward data across compensation, incentives and equity, and develop high-quality analyses, models and dashboards to inform decision-making for fair and commercially sound reward practices.
You will lead data analysis for annual and mid-year reward reviews, drive automation in reporting, and partner with People, Finance and Payroll to ensure effective reward management.
