About the company

The company is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, trusted by more than 29,000 companies to help understand how people use the products they build. By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, the company helps teams see what's working, diagnose what's not, and decide what to build next.

About the UKI Sales Team

The UKI Sales team is building the company's vertical go-to-market motion in EMEA. We work with enterprise customers across a range of industries, moving from a general enterprise motion toward a vertical model where reps develop deep expertise in a single industry. This team sits alongside the broader EMEA and global enterprise organization.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role based in London. As Director of Enterprise Sales for UK & Israel, you'll build the operating system for a repeatable, high-performing enterprise motion in one of the company's key growth markets, while also standing up a vertical GTM structure across dedicated verticals, general verticals, and general business coverage. You'll lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, developing reps at different stages of their vertical expertise while directly influencing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. This role suits a commercially sharp, operationally rigorous leader who's comfortable building in an early-stage, still-maturing market and turning early traction into a scalable region.

Responsibilities

  • Design the enterprise GTM strategy for UK & Israel, including the shift toward a vertical coverage model, and build the sales processes and territory strategy that make it repeatable.
  • Own quota attainment and forecast accuracy across the team, with the pipeline health and win-rate discipline to back it up.
  • Partner directly with AEs on large, multi-threaded opportunities, orchestrating executive engagement and acting as the escalation point for strategic accounts.
  • Recruit and coach enterprise sellers at every career stage, and codify what's working into playbooks the team can reuse.
  • Align with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships, and represent UK & Israel's needs in global and EMEA planning.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including several years leading teams with reps at multiple career levels.
  • A track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with large contract values.
  • Direct experience building or scaling an enterprise or vertical sales motion, not just inheriting one that already existed.
  • Strong command of enterprise forecasting, pipeline inspection, and revenue governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire and develop sellers at different stages of their careers, and to flex their coaching style accordingly.
  • Executive presence, with the ability to engage credibly at the C-level.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the judgment to make good decisions without complete information.
  • Experience working in or with UK and Israel markets specifically, or comparable international markets.
  • Direct, clear communication style that surfaces problems early rather than letting them sit.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in analytics, data, MarTech, product analytics, or an adjacent SaaS category.
  • Experience operating inside a US-headquartered global organization.
  • Exposure to high-growth or early-stage enterprise sales environments.
  • Additional language skills relevant to the UK or Israel markets.

Benefits and Perks

  • Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental Care.
  • Mental Wellness Benefit.
  • Generous Vacation Policy & Additional Company Holidays.
  • Enhanced Parental Leave.
  • Volunteer Time Off.
  • Additional US Benefits: Pre-Tax Benefits including 401(K), Wellness Benefit, Holiday Break.

*please note that benefits and perks for contract positions will vary*
