Senior DevOps Engineer in Reading

Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Reading, Perth or Dublin.

Salary: £61,620 - £72,592 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available.

You will:

• Deliver product backlog items across end-to-end products as part of an Agile team in a DevOps environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyse complex problems and design effective solutions, showcasing strong analytical and design skills.
• Have a proven track record of delivering scalable, end-to-end complex solutions, including designing, building, testing, automating, and monitoring using a modern tech stack in production environments.
• Gain hands-on experience with business-critical systems in medium to large organisations, ensuring reliability and performance in high-stakes settings.
• Possess extensive experience in environments that follow DevOps principles, with strong working knowledge of DevOps tools to streamline development and operational processes.
• Work closely with the Product Owner, Delivery Manager, and stakeholders to analyse requirements and deliver comprehensive business solutions.

You have:

• Experience designing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines with integrated MLOps practices for seamless deployment, versioning, and traceability of AI models and data.
• The ability to implement automated checks for data quality, model performance, and bias detection to ensure reliable and ethical AI solutions.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and data governance best practices to secure AI infrastructure and ensure compliance.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and additional languages such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, or PowerShell, with strong experience in REST APIs and GraphQL.
• A collaborative approach to delivering scalable, secure AI solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards.
