About the company: The company is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, trusted by more than 29,000 companies to help understand how people use the products they build. By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, the company helps teams see what’s working, diagnose what’s not, and decide what to build next.
About the Role: The company's brand lives in a lot of places at once — and nowhere does it move faster than in our regional markets. We're looking for a Production Designer based in London to be the design engine behind our EMEA events, local campaigns, and regional marketing moments. This isn't a "make it match the template" role. You'll be an extension of our core Brand Design team (based in North America), translating our brand system into work that resonates in EMEA markets — while building the tools and systems that let your regional marketing partners move fast without waiting on design.
Responsibilities:
- Design for EMEA events and local campaigns.
- Design materials for regional events (booths, signage, swag, presentations, digital assets) and local/field marketing campaigns across EMEA markets.
- Adapt global campaigns and brand moments for regional context — language, market nuance, local partners — without losing the core idea.
- Partner directly with EMEA Field Marketing to understand what a market needs and turn it around with quality and speed.
- Build systems that scale.
- Create and maintain templates, kits, and reusable components that let your regional marketing partners self-serve on lower-lift asset needs.
- Build lightweight tools (Figma systems, AI-assisted workflows, or similar) that reduce production time without reducing quality.
- Identify where regional teams are duplicating effort and turn that into a system, not a one-off.
- Champion brand quality in the region.
- Ensure everything shipped in EMEA reflects the company's brand standards and visual identity.
- Flag brand drift or quality gaps early, and coach local partners on how to use brand assets well.
- Stay tightly connected to Brand Design (NA).
- Work in close collaboration with the core Brand Design team to stay aligned on brand direction, priorities, and quality bar.
- Bring EMEA market context and feedback back to the core team so the brand system gets better informed by real regional use.
- Escalate the right things at the right time — know when a local need is a quick adaptation vs. something that needs core team input.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
- 3+ years of experience in production or graphic design, in-house or agency.
- Strong fundamentals — typography, layout, composition — and a sharp eye for consistency and detail.
- Proficiency in Figma; comfort working across Google Workspace and presentation tools.
- Portfolio showing range across event materials, campaign assets, templates, and presentations.
How you work:
- Self-driven and highly organized; you take initiative and see things through.
- Flexible — comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-changing regional marketing calendar.
- Based in London, with the ability to work across NA and EMEA hours as needed.
Benefits and Perks:
- Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental Care.
- Mental Wellness Benefit.
- Generous Vacation Policy & Additional Company Holidays.
- Enhanced Parental Leave.
- Volunteer Time Off.
- Additional US Benefits: Pre-Tax Benefits including 401(K), Wellness Benefit, Holiday Break (please note that benefits and perks for contract positions will vary).
Culture Values:
- Make Bold Bets: We choose courageous action over comfortable progress.
- Innovate with Insight: We tackle decisions with rigor and judgment - combining data, experience and collective wisdom to drive powerful outcomes.
- One Team: We collaborate across boundaries to achieve far greater impact than any of us could accomplish alone.
- Candor with Connection: We build meaningful relationships that enable honest feedback and direct conversations.
- Champion the Customer: We seek to deeply understand our customers’ needs, ensuring their success is our north star.
- Powerful Simplicity: We find elegant solutions to complex problems, making sophisticated things accessible.
