WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Network Architecture & Design
  • Design, architect, and implement new network solutions across our global enterprise environment, including LAN, WAN, wireless, and security infrastructure.
  • Develop scalable network designs leveraging advanced routing protocols and ECMP (Equal-Cost Multi-Path) for optimal traffic distribution and redundancy.
  • Architect and deploy enterprise-grade load balancing solutions, applying methods such as round-robin, least-connections, and weighted distribution to optimize application delivery and availability.
  • Design and enforce firewall security policies, routing instances, and segmentation strategies across Juniper SRX platforms, ensuring a strong and consistent security posture.
  • Design and deploy enterprise Wi Fi solutions including RF planning, site surveys, and WLAN architecture.
  • Project Ownership & Execution
  • Own network engineering projects end-to-end - from requirements gathering and design through implementation, testing, and handoff to operations.
  • Establish and track project milestones and deliverables under a rigorous change management process.
  • Install and configure networking equipment and security systems for new office build-outs globally.
  • Lead vendor evaluations and manage vendor relationships for technology procurement and delivery.
  • Travel to global sites as needed to support infrastructure builds and major project deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Service Desk, Workplace Experience, Security, Development, Engineering, Project Managers, and vendors to deliver on time and within scope.
  • Monitoring, Observability & Security
  • Implement and optimize network monitoring using Elasticsearch for SNMP-based telemetry, providing visibility into device health, interface utilization, and performance trends.
  • Leverage SIEM platforms for Syslog aggregation, event correlation, and security alerting, contributing to the organization's overall security posture.
  • Report on infrastructure activity logs, performance, availability, operational metrics, alerts, and threats.
  • Conduct compliance audits and ensure network configurations align with security frameworks
