In this role, you’ll build and own executive protection and physical security support across EMEA, fusing protective intelligence with logistics to ensure our leadership travels safely and seamlessly across complex international markets.
What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Need to Thrive
- Executive Protection Expertise: Extensive background leading protective operations, executive movements, and travel security internationally across fast-moving or under-resourced markets.
- Intelligence-Led Execution: Proven ability to translate raw risk and threat intelligence directly into concrete logistics decisions, contingency triggers, and operational travel plans.
- Program & Vendor Leadership: Strong track record in program management, including budget oversight, contract management for regional security providers, and building physical security programs.
- People Leadership: Experience leading, mentoring, or managing operational security teams, with readiness to take on direct people management responsibility as the EMEA team grows.
- Risk Assessment & Technical Grounding: Demonstrated expertise conducting vulnerability assessments for residences, facilities, and events, with a solid working knowledge of physical security technologies (surveillance, access control, and monitoring).

- Relevant professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, SIA Close Protection License, or advanced travel security credentials (e.g., HEFAT).
- Active engagement with modern AI tools to accelerate workflows, enhance analytics, and support decision-making within physical security operations.
- Hands-on experience with medical evacuation planning, duty-of-care frameworks, and embassy or crisis-response coordination abroad.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
