The Delivery Lead is responsible for improving how engineering teams deliver software at scale. The role focuses on developer experience, productivity, tooling and cross‑team delivery alignment. It acts as the bridge between engineering, product and platform teams, ensuring developers have the right tools, processes and support to deliver high‑quality software efficiently. This person drives flow of work, prioritisation, roadmap alignment and delivery excellence across multiple teams, while influencing senior stakeholders and shaping long‑term engineering capability.

- Cross‑Team Delivery Leadership: Proven experience overseeing delivery across multiple teams (10 or more), ensuring alignment of priorities and seamless collaboration to deliver end‑to‑end outcomes.
